Breast Cancer Awareness Month – October 2018

♣ ♣ ♣ ♣

“Forget all the reasons it won’t work

and believe the one reason that it will.”

As a female I can tell you that it is already difficult being a woman, we have to bleed every month for the most part of our lives and get cramps and mood swings because of it, but that’s not everything…mother nature also decided to give us the ability to give birth which is a beautiful thing but painful as hell from what I’ve heard as I haven’t conceived before. We have to carry our babies for around 9 months and TRUUUUST, this involves a lot of other troubles such as vomiting, hormonal imbalances, swollen feet, backaches and other awful symptoms. I know that some men won’t agree with this, but we also get heart broken the most and suffer abusive relationships, I’m not saying that men don’t but I can safely say that women are more vulnerable than men. In this day and age in some parts of the world, women are still being treated unfairly and still fighting for women rights.

Today I am writing about another disgraceful thing that we have to be aware of and that is the famous “breast cancer” that has killed many of our beautiful women. To remember those that lost this battle and to honour those that are still fighting or survived we dedicate the whole month of October as breast cancer awareness and I too want to take part in this.

This disease keeps on spreading therefore, it is important to take precaution and do everything in our power to stay healthy. It is also important to support our women that tragically were unable to escape it by encouraging them in fighting till the end and have hope that they will get better. If you can participate in events to bring even more awareness and honour our warriors it is even better. You will be saving lives believe it or not.

I don’t want to forget those men that also are fighting or have battled with breast cancer. It is uncommon but it happens therefore, I just want to say that you too sir is a warrior and do not stop fighting for your right to live a happier longer life, do not let this evil disease take away your willingness to carry on.

I can only say that us women are pretty strong but the women and men who battled or are battling with cancer are absolutely stars, even those that fought till their last breath. It makes me proud to be a woman and it gives me motivation to fight for whatever life throws at me. For those individuals who are losing hope and somehow are reading this please don’t give up hope. Hope is the force that keep us strong and it can have a huge impact on your health improvement as happy thoughts keeps us healthier.

Live each day as if it is your last one and cherish all the special moments with your family and friends. This goes to everyone really because we never know when our time will come.
